A Message From Chairman

Dear Members and Aspiring Cas With great humility and profound pride, I pen this message as the First Elected Chairman of the Newly Constituted (Notified on 22nd January 2024 & Inaugurated on 16th August 2024) Muzaffarpur District Branch of CIRC of ICAI.

This isn’t just a role—it is a dream realized. A dream that began years ago when I first stepped into the world of accountancy as a student, filled with ambition, guided by mentors, and driven by the singular goal of adding “CA” before my name. Today, having walked that journey, I stand before you not only as a proud member of ICAI but as a torchbearer of this newly formed branch—entrusted with the responsibility to lead, to inspire, and to serve.

Our branch is more than just an institution—it is a symbol of growth, opportunity, and unity for the CA fraternity in this region. We now have a dedicated platform to nurture talent, promote professional excellence, and build a stronger community.

Our Motto

ICAI Muzaffarpur

It is a statutory body established under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (Act No.XXXVIII of 1949) for the regulation of the profession of Chartered Accountants in India. Muzaffarpur Branch of CIRC of ICAI Empowering Accountants Since 2024 with Dynamic Academic Programs and Workshops.

Muzaffarpur Branch was inaugurated by Hon'ble President Shri CA. Ranjeet Kumar Agarwal on 16th August 2024. The Branch covers Muzaffarpur, Madhubani and Samastipur with 200+ members associated with it.

Muzaffarpur Branch is regularly holding academic and other programs including various seminars, workshops and meetings. Student's programmes & activities are also given equal importance. Very soon, facilities like computer training, industrial visits, study tours, and coaching classes will be available.
